Esotho Trading successfully executed large-scale water and sanitation infrastructure upgrades across multiple educational facilities in Alice. The project involved replacing outdated systems, constructing new reservoirs, and improving school sanitation facilities to meet Department of Education standards. This initiative enhanced water reliability and hygiene conditions for hundreds of learners.

This civil infrastructure project included re-gravelling and stormwater management along an 8km stretch of the DR02833 route. Esotho Trading handled the design, earthworks, drainage, and pipe installation. The project improved accessibility, road safety, and rural mobility, supporting economic activities in surrounding communities.

Completed in May 2025, this project enhanced water infrastructure across 14 Department of Education schools. Esotho Trading delivered sustainable solutions including borehole integration, pressure management, and sanitation system upgrades — ensuring clean, consistent water supply for the education sector.

Esotho Trading was appointed as the main contractor for the complete construction of the Lucolo BnB Queenstown branch — from foundation to finishes. The project included civil works, structural concrete, electrical and plumbing installation, and interior detailing.
